'Ming the Mini Bus' Tours the World

Makassed Khaled Bin Al-Walid Horj College students are about to go to a magical adventure...learning and having fun at the same time! Their trip has just begun!
Ming the Mini Bus is a collaborative project with partners from USA, United Kingdom, France, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Malaysia, Russia, Japan, China, Indonesia, Taiwan, Reunion Island, Kenya, Nigeria, Slovenia, Romania, Latvia, and El- Salvador.
In "Ming the Mini Bus" project, students use a template to make "MING".They will send digital photos of Ming with an interesting person. Each student writes a mini- biography of the person of interest. At the end of the project, photos and bios will be put into a digital book that will then be sent to the schools involved in this project.

January 17th is a very special day for young inventors... 500,000 children and teens invent gadgets and games each year. Malek Mneimneh, a third grader at Makassed Khaled Bin Al-Walid Al-Horj College shared his invention with the world.
The purpose of this invention: to move a car by air force resembles the effect of air on moving objects. It can be a substitute for fuel to reduce pollution. Watch Malek's fantastic video:
